Cost of hotel accommodation
Payment Terms
Hotel accommodation is charged in accordance with the common check-out hour, set from the 12 p.m. of the current day.
In case of late check out the payment shall be made as follows:
- up to 06:00 p.m. — hourly payment;
- up to 00:00 a.m. — half a day payment;
- after 00:00 a.m. — whole day payment.
Children under the age of 6 are accommodated free of charge on our hotel provided that they are living together with a parent (guardian) in a room without separate place provision.
Methods of payment
You can pay for “Meridian” hotel accommodation as follows:
- cash payment,
- non cash transaction,
- international payment systems (Visa, MasterÑard, Maestro) card payment.
In case of non-cash transaction a client is provided with a proforma invoice to be paid not later then 24 hours before check in. Within 3 days after check out a client is send a final settlement and a report of provided services in duplicate.
Payment for accommodation shall be made only in Russian rubles.
